I broadcast your property out to over 50 home search websites to get eyes on the property. Most importantly is making your property available for showings; we’ll host open houses for the general public and realtors with their clients as well as schedule showings through our office at your convenience.

Everything from a powerful internet strategy to localized Word-of-Mouth campaigns are included in my playbook. I believe it requires a combination of high-tech & low-tech efforts to get your home in front of as many buyers as possible.

NEGOTIATIONS

I work to achieve your goals for the transaction; that’s what you hire me for! Negotiation is a process of balancing all parties’ interests in the best way possible.

The average home negotiation leaves too much on the table due to unasked questions and unclear requests. I seek first to understand your situation and that of the buyer (as much as they are willing to share) to create the best win-win agreement possible.

Each side to the negotiation needs some wins in the transaction; it’s my goal to uncover what is of most importance and dovetail the differences.

Of course, everyone enjoys a harmonious negotiation; but, if I have to, being more aggressive to protect you and your investment is in our toolkit.
